For interior use, apply in a well-ventilated area. 5. For exterior use, apply during dry weather to prevent contamination. 6. Remove excess varnish with a clean, dry cloth. 7. Clean up any spills immediately to prevent staining.

    Couple of things you'll need to know to use this varnish. First, the bottle has a concave metal seal inside the cap, you'll need to puncture this with a nail or screwdriver to make a hole. Second, read the instructions carefully - you MUST use White Spirit to thin this varnish - I applied it neat and 48hrs later it was still tacky.

    UPDATE: After thinning this varnish as directed on GOLDEN's website and applying three coats with 3 hours drying time between coats, the varnish cures very brittle and scrapes off with a light fingernail. Absolutely worthless. I'm guessing this stuff has a very specific purpose, but I can't imagine what it is.
